2013 Robertson County Youth Fair and Auction

2013 Queen Candidates

The 2013 Robertson County Fair starts on March 16, 2013 with the Queen’s Coronation and Dance and ends on March 25, 2013 with the youth auction sale. It should be an exciting week of fun and memorable family activities for those of all ages. This is the week that our youth have the opportunity to shine as they exhibit their projects and demonstrate what they have learned.
The Robertson County Fair is rich with history and dates back many years with the 2013 fair being the forty-eighth annual fair. Many changes have occurred over the years but the one constant is this: the key to a successful fair is the volunteers. In order for the fair to be successful, it takes many volunteers working numerous hours to provide the quality fair that we have in Robertson County.
The 2013 fair will have plenty of activities for the family. Come out and watch a livestock show or walk through and view all of the Creative Arts on display. On Thursday evening one can view all the amazing science fair projects and on Friday there is an Academic Rodeo. Then on Saturday starting around 11 there will be a variety of children’s activities that are just plain fun. The little ones can be the stars of the bubble blowing contest, skittle spitting, relay racing or digging in the gold and silver mine. They can also look their best as they have their picture made in a fun picture booth. And if that isn’t enough fun, come to one of the two fair dances and do a little dancing. There is a dance on Saturday, March 16 and on Saturday, March 23 at the Fireman’s Hall.
So whether you are coming out to watch the animal shows, laugh during the pig scramble, view the art exhibits, go to carnival, or participate in some of the children’s activities we hope that you have a wonderful time at the Robertson County Fair.

2013 RCFA President
