Bremond Tigers scratch out more wins

Bremond Boys baseball continues to be a winning proposition. The Tigers had two more consecutive wins in the last week. On April 8, the Tigers took on the North Zulch Bulldogs and won with a final score of 10-6. The Tigers came on strong on the second inning – scoring four runs and widening the gap the Bulldogs must cross. The Bulldogs attempted to rally in the third and again in the sixth innings, but they couldn’t overtake the Tigers. The Tigers took on the Leon Cougars on April 12 for a spectacular 11-0 win. They Tigers will be traveling to Normangee this Friday for the last regular game of the season. The Bremond Tigers are currently ranked first in 1A Region IV District 25 for baseball.
The Lady Tigers continue to move along the winning track at a fast pace. They ladies took on Iola on April 16 for a 10-0 win. The Lady Tigers are also ranked first in the district and will be taking on Brazos Christian this Friday at their last home game of the regular season.
