4-H judging teams ask for support
Robertson County has 34 children participating in the Livestock and Horse judging competitions. These kids practice weekly and travel to competitions. These kids practice weekly & travel to competitions at all Major Livestock Shows including State Fair of Texas, San Antonio Stock Show & Houston Livestock Show. As well as Local, District & State Competitions.
Judging is a process of evaluating, selecting, and placing various livestock species. Through learning to judge, 4-Her’s develop skills in decision making, presentation skills & Leadership.
Please support these kids by purchasing a Balsam Fir Wreath.
Wreaths can be purchased by contacting one of the kids listed below or by contacting the County Extension office by phone (979) 828-4270 or email: robertson.tx.tamu.edu Orders are due by November 13th. Wreaths will arrive the first week of December. All money raised by the Judging Teams will be used to pay entry fees and travel expenses incurred at these competitions.
