Two local football players chosen for Super Center FCA Victory Bowl
On February 9, Bremond High School Seniors Draven Dennison and Colby Wilganowski attended the Sports Hall of Fame in Waco for the announcement that they have been chosen for the Super Center FCA Victory Bowl.
The FCA Victory Bowl is a live football game played by graduated seniors for a 12 county area in the heart of Texas FCA (Fellowship of Christian Athletes) covers. Within those 12 counties there are 92 high schools of every classification.
The teams are coached and played by students who were nominated by their coaches. Along with football the FCA Victory Bowl has volleyball and cheerleading.
The FCA Victory Bowl will be held on June 14 at the Waco ISD’s football stadium.
The FCA’s mission is to present to coaches and athletes, and all whom they influence, the challenge and adventure of receiving Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord, serving Him in their relationships and in the fellowship of the church. Their vision is to see the world impacted for Jesus Christ through the influence of coaches and athletes.
The FCA’s values are integrity, serving, teamwork, and excellence.
