Foggitt is the 2013 Robertson County Best of the Best personal trainer. She is a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) certified, has a Fitness Nutrition Specialist certification, and is CPR/AED certified. She offers boot camps, personal training, vertical fitness, nutrition counseling, and motivational support and accountability.

Foggitt believes that a healthy lifestyle including whole, nutritious foods, and exercise can work wonders not only for your body, but also, your mind.

Foggitt is a lifelong Hearne resident, she is married to Michael Foggitt, and they have four fur babies Lola, Scooter, Bolt, and Conway.

Foggitt has completed one full marathon, a half marathon, and numerous 5K adventurous races.
