Boot camps are group fitness classes that promote fat loss, camaraderie, and team effort. They are designed to push people a little bit further than they would normally push themselves in the gym alone. Boot camps provide social support for those taking part and provides a different environment for those who get bored in the gym alone.
If you prefer to have one-on-one training Foggitt offers that. Sometimes you just need a little help knowing where to start on your fitness journey. Personal training offers a more detailed work out for your specific goals whether it is toning up, training for your first 5K, or even guidance on your lifestyle and diet.
Vertical Fitness is a work out that focuses on strength and flexibility. The workouts thoroughly engage a wide variety of muscle groups, especially upper body. Vertical Fitness is what you make of it so let loose and have some fun.
