Lion’s Pride success for FSLC teachers

On Friday, June 29 around the time of 1:00 p.m. First Steps Learning Center and Daycare became overwhelmed with excitement with their special guests. The Lions Pride Sports Professional Wrestling Company with owner, Houston Carson and wrestler, Big Daddy Yum Yum went to the center to see the kids and promoted the wrestling match for Saturday, June 30.

 

The event was held at Smitty K’s Bar and Grill located at 120601 SH 30 in College Station. The wrestling event was to raise money for the teachers at First Step Learning Center to help cover the costs for the training that is required of them. The doors opened at 7:00 p.m. with the bell ringing at 8:00 p.m. that started a fun filled night of mayhem in the ring, bodies flying, unbreakable holds being made, and one being named the champion
