Congratulations to the newest EMS Lieutenant Renda Jo Bermudez. Renda will be assigned to C shift and work alongside Captain Samuel Porter who pinned on Renda’s new Lt. bars.

Bermudez promoted to Lieutenant

Renda Jo Bermudez, an 18 year veteran of the Robertson County EMS has recently been promoted to the rank of Lieutenant by EMS Director Rene Ferrell, EMT-P. Renda has been an active member of the Robertson Coun-ty EMS for 18 years and with the new position comes new responsibilities which will include administrative as well as operational. Renda will be taking her experience and leadership to C shift working directly for Captain Samuel Porter who joined the EMS team in 2014. C Shift did not have an acting Lieutenant making Bermudez the perfect candidate to fill the position. “I am very glad that we could move her into this position, her experience and knowledge will be a continued benefit to the EMS,” said Ferrell.
