Cynthia Ann Capps

Cynthia “Cindy” Ann Capps, 51, of Houston, Texas passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, October 31, 2019.

Cindy was born on May 27, 1968 in Houston, Texas to Earl and Lois Capps. She was raised in north Houston and attended Sam Houston High School.

Cindy is survived by her daughter, Krystal Wilkinson; daughter and son-in-law, Melissa and Richard Foulch; parents, Earl and Lois Capps; brother and sister-in-law, James and Beth Capps; special friend, Gordon Anthony; grandchildren, Timothy Silvers, Trenton Silvers, Dixie Frasier, and Mackinlee Foulch; nephew, John Bellinger; nieces, Julianne Ongudu, Kailyn Capps, and Jamison Capps; numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Cindy was preceded in death by her grandson, Gavin Foulch; grandparents, James O. “Jim” and Pinkie Towns; and grandmother, Adell Capps.

A Funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 23, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. at Robertson County Cowboy Church, 3470 W. FM 1644, Franklin, Texas. Pastor Jimmy Sanders will officiate.

Cindy will be laid to rest in a private graveside service at Nesbit Cemetery, Bremond, Texas.
