Rural Texans have a lot to say about the lack of broadband service in their communities. Since we covered the topic earlier this month, many readers have emailed to share their stories and pleas for help.
While this column will be pointed towards the City of Franklin and it’s residents, it occurred to me that whenever a choice between a local company and an outside company vies for a bid, I will always support the local company.
